Can I use my probe and software to calibrate a Sony Pearl or the new JVC RS1?

I've read that it wasn't working with LCOS projector.

If so any trick to calibrate a Pearl with Iris "on"?

You can calibrate this projector with the CA-6X probe!  The only display type which the CA-6X probe is not designed to work with is LCD flat panel displays.   Our new C-5 probe which is now available is capable of measuring all display technologies including LCD flat panel displays.  The C-5 has been tested on the new Sony SXRD displays and provides exceptional measurement accuracy as well.
